Ideal hotel in a particularly good and fab location close to the station, enjoyed this place. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a TV. The free parking was on site, great service.

Simply no complaints whatsoever, very pleasant stay. Perfect hotel in the heart of the city, good sized and bright rooms. A safe, TV set, tea and coffee making equipment in the room, stunning location. Excellent staff, greatservices, including lots of good delicacies.

There is a lot of fab food for breakfast. The units are airy, neat with bathroom, a really comfy bed, for instance.

the breakfast was very "English" and poor quality; the location. however, especially for our purposes, was excellent,
The quality of the mattresses and the upholstery was terrible;. also the breakfast could well be richer and of better quality, the fruit fresher and a little more varied.

Very nice staff, centrally located. Price-performance ratio very good
Bathroom was justly handicapped. Therefore not very comfortable.

The place was clean and perfect, it had outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous staff on shift. Its FAVOURABLE, very central location was a plus. There was a train station close to the hotel.

The windows are not very well insulated, so the street noise is clearly audible.

We were in Preston for our daughters graduation from uclan. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last three years. This time we brought the Nans with us and had two twin rooms. I shared with my Mom and Mike shared with his! And they were delighted with the Hotel and the comfort of the rooms and the pleasantness of all the staff.-and also very proud of their grandaughter! This will have probably been our last visit to sunny Preston but good luck to all future students and I will recommend the parents use this hotel when they visit their daughter or son during their Uni years. Jenny from Winchester
Mom had a problem when she went to use the bath towel from the wardrobe- unfortunately it was dirty, but it was too late to ring housekeeping- not a big deal she used her hand towel! And she had problems with the bath tap-very stiff-mentioned to room service who was very pleasant and made a note to report this. These were only two small issues that did not effect our overall view of the hotel at all.

I was in University of Central Lancashire on business and stayed in this hotel for one night. It is excellently located on the edge of the campus and on walking distance to train station. Did not have time to explore the hotel and surroundings much, but my room was excellent. Internet was included in the price as was the breakfast - just what I needed for my trip.

Couple getaway, decent stay
I really appreciated the staff's consideration when they had my car keys delivered to my room after I accidentally left them at the reception, shows attention to detail. Plus, the room was clean and comfy, it had everything I needed for a relaxing evening.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but what can you expect, right?

The hotel was modern, you could park your car in the secure car park, it was clean, the staff were friendly, my room was lovely and so was the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was first class. It is convenient for the town centre and railway station I will definitely go back to this hotel, I couldn't fault it. We got back to the hotel at 10.40 in the evening and although the restaurant was closed, you could still get a fresh pizza and a drink from the bar. I was really impressed and will definitely return.

Room was ver comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent
The room was right next to a busy road and near a railway. I'd asked for a quiet room but this was not that quiet
